2500 IBEW Electricians isn't too bad. I've watched that project come out of the ground and take its place amoung the other towers on the strip. It's basically a done deal now. Maybe some finishing up remains or punch list items. Let us not stop now. We members of the IBEW, active and retirees are still a force to be used in completing a job or to train new and brighter stars for the future. I might not see it happen but I think the IBEW should be training some hand selected younger people to be able to wire up a lunar base or Martian Colony. I am working to inspire some school children into thinking about this now in our Las Vegas Schools. Heck, I was born before the Atomic Bomb and TV. They will see even more so lets get them prepared for it.

i came from Local 915 Tampa FL to work on that project. was an amazing experience, it was the largest project (in size) i have ever worked on. I really enjoyed my time out there and hope to go back to Las Vegas again one day to do another huge project. Makes me proud seeing the project complete now and lit up. way to go guys!
