Great job by the IBEW, NECA and the NJATC to provide an opportunity to succeed for these individuals. How about a follow up in a year or so to update how the program is working?

An excellent presentation pertaining to the diversity and inclusion of future trades personnel within the IBEW.

It is refreshing to see the IBEW and other
entities taking the lead in this endeavour.
